MAKERS OF NEW · THE PUBLISHED SCHEMA

The Certificate · schema v1

One JSON object, issued by a company's own Room, carrying aggregates only. Any recipient can verify one without our help: the arithmetic is published at makersofnew.com/model, and a certificate a fund room cannot reproduce under that model refuses to seat. This page is the contract; the version travels in the file itself.

The flow contract

A room has published a flow contract since August 2026. It names the fields a certificate may carry, gives each one a sentence in the company's own language, and states the four tests each had to pass before it was allowed on the list. Until September 2026 the certificate was assembled by hand and carried nine of them, and the remaining fields were reported to the reader as absent under words meant for a question nobody had answered. The fields below are the rest of that contract, now assembled from the room's own objects rather than typed. Nothing here is new. Every one was argued and labelled in August; what changed is that the file now carries what the contract always said it could. A figure with no source in a room is named as absent, with its reason, and is never read as zero.

planLinesarray|nullthe company's written plan as a plan rather than as three sums · one entry per move, each carrying the kind of euro it makes, whether it re-rates the business or dilutes it, how much, and the month it lands · the twelve largest by euro, with a count of the rest · a move's own label appears only where the company has pressed the consent beside its register, and never otherwise · no dimension of the fourteen, no owner, no blocker and no note, on either setting · added 14.09.2026, see the note below
planNamed0 or 1|nullone bit saying whether the entries above carry their own labels · a plan whose names are held back and a plan whose moves were never named look identical without it
asksReceived, asksAnswered, askOldestOpenDaysnumber|nullhow many artefacts an investor has written into the room, how many the company has marked as answered, and how long the oldest unmarked one has waited · three counts about the correspondence and nothing about either side of it · never an artefact, never its title, never a word of what was written back · the oldest is null where nothing is open, which is not the same reading as nought · added 14.09.2026
hundredRunning, hundredOver, hundredStucknumber|nullhow many plays are moving or blocked on the company's hundred-day programme, one bit saying whether that is past the limit the programme keeps on work in flight, and how many have been blocked longer than a fortnight · three readings about the work · never a play, never its title, never its owner and never the decision a blocked one is waiting on · added 14.09.2026
seriesAsked, seriesShared, seriesSent, seriesWindownumber|nullhow many measures an investor has asked about in a signed artefact this room accepted, one bit saying whether the lines for them are travelling, how many of them the room actually holds a line for, and the stated ceiling in weeks on any one line · a company that decided not to send them reads differently from a company nobody asked · added 14.09.2026
kpiPointsobject|nullthe weekly line, for the measures an investor asked about by name and for no others · each point is an ISO week and a value, bounded by the window above · no label, no note, no owner, no prose, and no measure that was not asked for · a trajectory is not an attribution: it moves no score and it prices nothing · added 14.09.2026, and it reverses this page's own earlier position that the series stays in the room

The standard, enforced

A certificate carries ring-one aggregates only. This page is written from certificate.schema.json, version 1 of the standard, and a battery builds a real certificate and validates it against that file on every release: every field present and typed, every key the certificate carries described here, and no forbidden key anywhere in the file at any depth. A page describing a standard is prose. A schema a battery enforces is a standard.

What may never appear

No per-question score. No seat's answers. No evidence text. No person's words. No free text from the client. A file carrying any of these is refused by the fund room by name, and nothing is stored. These exclusions are enforced by automated batteries on every build.

Recurring share was on this list until 13.09.2026 and is not on it now. It is one company-level percentage of exactly the shape the margin has always been, it is declared by the company rather than derived from anything finer, and a holder who sits on the board already receives it every month. Withholding it from the certificate did not protect the company; it only made the certificate say less than the board pack. Nothing else moved: no score, no answer, no evidence, no name.

"No free text from the client" carries one exception from 14.09.2026, and only one. A move on the company's own plan register may cross under the label the company typed, where the company has pressed the consent that sits beside that register in its own room. The reason it is a consent rather than a rule: a label is written by the client and can name a customer, a supplier or a person, and no room can tell which labels do. So the company decides, once, for its whole register, and pressing again takes every label off the next certificate. What each move is worth, what kind of euro it makes and the month it lands cross either way, because a holder of the equity is owed the shape of the plan he is funding. Nothing else moved: no score, no answer, no evidence, no owner, no blocker, and no dimension of the fourteen.

"The measure history crosses as a depth and never as a record" was on this page from 14.09.2026 and is not on it now. A weekly line for a measure may cross, and the sentence that keeps this honest is that it is a requested line rather than a standing feed. An investor names a measure by its published id in a signed artefact; that artefact reaches a room only because somebody in that room opened a sealed file and pressed a control; and the line for that measure, and for no other, comes back. The door refuses a measure named in prose and refuses more than twelve on one artefact, so an ask for everything is not an ask. Each line is bounded by a stated number of weeks and carries an ISO week and a value, with no label, no note and no owner. The company keeps a switch beside those artefacts and one press stops every line on the next certificate, and the certificate says which way that switch was set, so a company that declined is not mistaken for a company nobody asked. The reason for the change, in the words of the person who took it: an investor who has put money into a company deserves to know whether it is growing. Nothing else moved: no score, no answer, no evidence text, no person's words, and no measure nobody asked for.

How a recipient verifies one

1 · Check kind and v. 2 · Recompute the readiness from the three pillar means under the published model; it must match to the printed step. 3 · Confirm some recurring share exists under which the published model prints this multiple and margin from these pillars · the fund room does this numerically at the door, and refuses in plain words when nothing reproduces. 4 · Confirm chain.n exceeds the last certificate held for this company · history does not go backwards.

The fund pack · ring two, by consent only

kind: "MakersOS fund pack" · the fourteen scores and their grades, with the dim order named in the file, crossing only under a named person's recorded consent (consent.by). It may never carry seat answers, evidence text or notes; a pack that does is refused by name.
