Our four-week measurement on your real workflows, scored on your numbers: your value chain on one page with the leaks marked, every gap priced with a play against it, the non-dilutive capital open to you, and the plan. The fixed fee is agreed before the start and credited in full against the mandate if you proceed.

The 100 days · then every quarter

Run, then Upgrade

If both sides proceed, the program goes to work under one accountable contract, with our ecosystem where the work needs hands. Margin recovered first (Engine 1), every realised euro signed by a named person in the ledger. Then each quarter the room re-scores, the band re-earns itself and the multiple is re-earned (Engine 2 · we call this the Turn). The system stays installed when we leave, and the last page of the book is a door.
