How we handle your data.

Makers of New respects your privacy and collects only what is needed to respond to you. This note explains what we hold, why, and your rights under the GDPR.

Who we are

Makers of New (Luxembourg) is the data controller. For any question, contact cristian@makersofnew.com.

What we collect

The site has two tools you can run and a contact form. The Luxembourg grants read (the Value Map) asks about your company: its sector, stage, size, ownership and R&D spend, and works out which instruments you may trigger. Install MakersOS, the readiness diagnostic, asks fourteen questions about your business and returns a score. Both run in your browser, and nothing leaves your device until you ask for the report by email. When you do, or when you request the Value Architecture Audit or use the contact form, we receive your email address, the answers you entered, and, if you provide them, your name and company. We do not use tracking cookies for advertising.

Why we use it

• To send you the report, memo or grant map you requested.
• To follow up about your enquiry, if relevant.

The legal basis is your consent, given when you tick the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

Sharing & storage

We do not sell or share your details with third parties. Your submission is delivered to our own mailbox and kept only as long as needed to respond. Email is sent through our standard mail provider.

The two tools keep your answers in your browser’s local storage so the page can show your result. That copy stays on your device, is never sent anywhere on its own, and you can clear it at any time from your browser.

Your rights

You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop contacting you. Email cristian@makersofnew.com and we will act promptly.
