No. The read is indicative and spend-based: it screens your declared spend against the published rules of sixteen Luxembourg and EU instruments. Eligibility is decided solely by Luxinnovation and the Ministry of the Economy.
How is the number computed?
From your six answers alone. The engine mirrors published ceilings, aid intensities and GBER cumulation limits; competitive EU programmes are treated as alternatives and never stacked. The rules are versioned and shipped with the page.
