Upgrade MakersOS · add capability

Add capability
to your instance.

The instance is the subscription. Everything here sits on top of it, each on its own unit.

An upgrade may only add a surface · never gate one that shipped

02 · The two services

People, with a start and a finish.

Neither is a retainer. Both are quoted before they begin and both end on a date.

Four weeks · per engagement

The Read.

Your value chain, measured. We open the sector atlas that matches your business, walk it with the people who run each process, and fill the five fields the instrument refuses to assume: maturity, cyber, risk, frequency, and time and cost. The band around your valuation narrows while you watch.

You hold: a measured instance, a band roughly half as wide, and an eighteen-month roadmap with a euro against every play.

A hundred days · per company

The Programme.

The top of the roadmap, turned into work somebody owns by Friday. Three plays at a time, each with a named person, a date, a euro and a success test written before the work begins. Anything blocked a fortnight reaches the board agenda on its own.

You hold: three plays closed or re-scoped, the first euros signed in your own ledger, and the next hundred days already cut.

03 · The apps

Each on its own unit.

The unit is what makes a price checkable. Two recur, two fire on a transaction, one is per seat, and the rest are per company.

Per house · per year

The Fund Cockpit

Every company in a book on one clock, built only from certificates each company chose to issue. Four seconds a company tells you who runs on evidence and who runs on memory.

Per target

The Diligence

The instrument read backwards for a buyer: what cannot yet be seen about a target, and what that blindness is worth. The band is the finding.

At exit

The Exit Pack

The signed history assembled into a document a buyer can audit. History, never a forecast, and every prediction frozen before its outcome was known.

Per year

The Needle

Four hours of interviews reduced to a handful of dated artefacts, drafted for a person to sign. It finds. It never judges.

Per seat · per year

The Executive Desk

Each executive’s own operating surface: the CFO the margin engine, the CTO the technology read. Answering stays free for every seat, forever.

Per company · per year

The Counsel Pack

The four legal facts that kill deals, recorded before a data room finds them in week three.

The Regulated Financials pack, per company, records capital, licences and counterparties beside the reading for entities under a supervisor. Recorded, never force-priced, because the published formulas do not use them.

04 · The law of the shelf

An upgrade may only add.

An upgrade may only add a surface. It may never gate one that already shipped. A client who buys nothing beyond the instance keeps every surface that existed before the catalogue was split, and a test proves it on every release. No app contains a coefficient, no app narrows a band on its own authority, and removing an app never destroys a record.

05 · What it costs

Priced from your own turnover.

Every figure is a formula applied to your own numbers, shown in full inside your own quote. A short discovery sets the band and is credited entirely against the engagement if you proceed.

Flat

One number, fixed.

Agreed before anything starts, and we take no share of anything afterwards. The default, and what most boards prefer to approve.

Cash-light

Half now, shared later.

Roughly half the fixed fee, plus a share of the euros your own team signs as realised in your own ledger, capped, so a maximum can go in a board paper on day one.
